The Executive Accelerator Lab is a leadership development and coaching programme for experienced managers, directors/VPs, and senior individual contributors who deliver results but struggle to turn that performance into greater influence, recognition, and progression.
I built it from the lessons I learned over more than 15 years at Google, earning five promotions to Global Director: how to earn trust, influence decisions beyond your role, communicate with senior leaders, and demonstrate readiness for bigger responsibilities.
